GENERAL NOTICE

Stocks, Options, Binary options, Forex and Future trading has large potential rewards, but also large potential risk. You must be aware of the risks and be willing to accept them in order to invest in stock, binary options or futures markets. Don’t trade with money you can’t afford to lose especially with leveraged instruments such as binary options trading, futures trading or forex trading. The past performance of any trading system or  methodology is not necessarily indicative of future results. You could lose all of your money fast due too: poor market trading conditions, mechanical error, emotional induced errors, news surprises and earnings releases.

PROVISION 1
( Return / Refund / Cancellation )

PAYMENT NOT REFUNDABLE ( WHOLE or PARTIAL ) once you enter or added into Our paid channel whatever the reasons, because we know it is once of a devious way from irresponsible clients to deceive us, and also the misuse of our competitors to observe us.
Once again, No return, No refund is accepted” within the subscription agreement, even if you cancel the subscription in the middle of your subscription period is still running we does not provide any refunds for the subscription Fee, Once you buy our subscription, You agree to our policy.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to be thorough with the written guarantee. It is not a get rich quick scheme and one should be patient to see the right results to appear. By becoming our client you understand and agree with this policy!

PROVISION 2
( Spreads, Swap, Commission and Other Trading Charges / Fees )

We give signal quotes with zero (0) spreads, zero (0) swap, zero (0) commissions, and zero (0) of other trading charges/fees, you have to adjust them with your broker spreads, swap, commissions and other charges/fees by your self, so when you receive signals, you need to add (+) your broker spreads, swap, commissions and other charges/fees with our given TP (Take Profit) and SL (Stop Loss) quotes, so you can get the same profit ( pips ) as us.

PROVISION 3
( Our Services )

In the paid channel you will only receive forex signals and you only follow our signals, and we do not provide analysis for that. We only give analysis to members of the education group with a different fee and only in English language.

PROVISION 4
( The Number of Signals You Get )

In normal market conditions you will get 5-7 signals in a day, or even more, and the normal market conditions here are determine by us ( not clients opinions or public opinions ) according to our analysis and indicators.

You also have to know that there are certain days when the market is either very slow moving or very volatile. During these times we may send less or even no signals in a day or days
for the security of your equity. Many things that allow it to happen such as of major economic news events, war crisis, political crisis, financial crisis, world health crisis, US or another big country bank holidays, G7 country elections, trade war, conflicts raising nuclear threat, etc. 

when we only send less signals or maybe even no signal in a day, then we will extend your subscription period automatically, the calculation of your subscription period extension is according to our calculations and our calculations are absolute or cannot be bargained.

PROVISION 5
( Guarantee and Covering Loss )

We DO NOT offer any guarantee regarding the profits you would make by using our services! We DO NOT cover ANY account losses! Because of Market conditions are very dynamic, the signals history we provide may be good of even excelent, but we do not guarantee the quality of our signals will be the same in the future, and may be worse or even very-very bad, and may make you loss, and you are already aware/realized and understood about of this risk. And can't blame us if that happens. (no other channels or signal providers has said this openly to their clients like us, because we are not scammers).
The guarantees that we provide are only related to the good use of our service and are valid if you are a member and subscriber of the site. You need to follow all our instructions and alerts exactly as we instruct. 

PROVISION 6
( Don’t Intervene in How We Work )

Client does not have the right to tell us about how we should manage our channels / website / or our other media including about how we give signals and or when we should give signals, etc. We can give signals at any time regardless of the time of a particular trade zone as long as we see that the signal is profitable, and there are strong reasons to enter the market based on our rules, indicators and analysis.

PROVISION 7
( Stop Loss, Take Profit and Closing Position )

Our stop loss is fixed 40 pips per transaction for all currency and GOLD / XAU USD, and we have the right to shift sl more than 40 pips if we see there is a possibility the market will hit our sl first before finally following our signal direction. The Take Profit we use are TP 1: 20 pips, TP 2: 50 pips, and TP 3: 100 pips, fixed for all currency pairs and GOLD / XAU USD. We also have the right to recommend closing positions in order to protect a larger loss on the client's equities, if according to our analysis the price will continue to move in the opposite direction of our signal.

PROVISION 8
( Account Manegement Service )

We have account management service, but we only provide this service to our clients who have taken the Life Time Membership and this service are limited to the availability of available slots, so even though the client has taken the Life Time Plan Membership, the client may be still cannot get our account management service if our slots for this service are full, so clients still have to wait for slot availability to be able to get an account management service. 

Once again we inform you that you are not buying a management service account, but what you are buying is a Life Time Membership, wich one of the facilities for Life Time Membership is to get a account management service with a note that the management service account's slot is still available. And once again, what you are buying is a Life Time Membership to get forex signals, you are not buying an account management service, DON'T GET WRONG!! YOU PAY FOR LIFE TIME MEMBERSHIP NOT FOR ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT SERVICE!!! so we have the right to terminate our account management service for you at any time if you violate our terms.

THAT ALSO WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR ACCOUNT CANNOT BE CONNECTED TO OUR MASTER COPY TRADE ACCOUNT, ONCE AGAIN NO FEFUND!!!.

That the trades in the account management service are not necessarily the same as the signals given in our paid channel, or even can be very different.

That our account management service will focus more on trading XAUUSD pair ( HOLD), although we also trade currencies and oil.

That clients are fully aware that forex is very high risk, as well as account management services whic is a part of forex, and our history in the past cannot be used as a reference/estimation/prediction for what will happen in the future, for that reason then we are not responsible if our management account make you lose your equity.

Because the account management service is only an additional facility, we will charge a management fee (profit share) to manage your account, the amount of the management fee (profit share) can change at any time according to many conditions and agreements, and the management fee (profit share) have to paid every certain period which can also change at any time according to many conditions and agreements.

We accept any broker the client chooses for our service management account, but if the broker the client chooses has wide spreads in our opinion ( more than 1 pips for currency and more than 2.5 pips for XAUUSD pair / GOLD ), then 40 pips of stop loss is no longer valid, and we will adjust the stop loss or change the stop loss used at our discretion.

When you are using our account management service, you are not allowed to trade by yourself for whatever reason, if you violate it then you are considered to have resigned from the program and we will give your slot to another client whose name is already on the waiting list.

We never promise any profit, if you ask us/our admins how much you can get in a certain period, then our admin will only answer according to historical data, and historical data cannot be used as a reference/estimation/prediction for the future, you join without coercion and understand/fully aware about the risks, so once again we will not responsible for your loss.

PROVISION 9
( Risk Warning )

Stocks, Options, Binary options, Forex, CFD trading and Future trading involves a significant risk to your invested capital. Before deciding to participate in the Forex market, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience and risk appetite. Most importantly, do not invest money you cannot afford to lose. We are takes no responsibility for loss incurred as a result of our trading signals. By signing up as a member / following us / making payment then you acknowledge that we are not providing financial advice nor investment plans and that you are making the decision to copy our trades on your own account. We have no knowledge on the level of money you are trading with or the level of risk you are taking with each trade. You must make your own financial decisions, we take no responsibility for money made or lost as a result of our signals or advice on forex related products on this website.

PROVISION 10
( Client Agreement )

When you choose to continue making payments, it means that you have understood and agreed to the terms and conditions above. And you realized that We never force you to join, you join because you want to by your own will.
